Operation Team Interviews is an event unique to Zesty Events.

We created this challenge as we realised that companies know their colleagues but they don’t know anything about their colleagues. These challenges allow the groups to get to know each other on levels that are not predetermined but will be highly beneficial in every aspect needed. While getting to know each other better you realise you share common goals, interests and talents all well still have a good laugh.

In the Corporate, Fun Team Interviews Event, teams of 2 are armed with a questionnaire and a pencil. They have the opportunity to interview their colleague and then present him/her to the rest of the group. The questions are carefully selected so that you get to know your colleague on a more personal level but not in an invasive way.

You will learn about their fears, hopes, dreams and what makes them laugh or cry. The perfect time to get to you know your colleague and maybe learn something new about yourself in the interim.
